Projectac was engaged as a Client Representative / SuperIntentant for this Residential project at Strathfield, New South Wales.  The project was started at 2012 and finished at 2015.  Projectac performed the following roles for client:

• Design input to Architect for final documentations, materials and specificiations. 
• Tendering for builders
• Builder comparsion and final builder selection
• Builder contract engagement 
• Progress Claim inspection and assessment
• Client / Builder budgeting and forecasts. 
• Authorities management 

We also assisted client to select and import building materials for this project: items and systems like: 

• Windows, all double glazed windows with argon gass infill and mobile blind in cavity. 
• Stair, glass treads and balustrade with steel frame 
• Selected stone for floor and wall tilings 
• All custom made joineries, including kitchen, wardrobe and others. 
• Custom furniture selections
